Stampin’ Up Witch Hat builder punch

Stampin’ Up Witch Hat builder punch

Hello Everyone – I have an adorable Stampin’ Up Witch Hat builder punch matchbook treat holder for the 8th Week of Halloween.

I recently got the September Paper Pumpkin which had Halloween treat holders in them. I decided to use the card stock that was supposed to wrap around the box to create a fun matchbook treat holder. This card stock was fun to use for the treat holder.

Look at how adorable these matchbook treat holders are! The witch hats are made from glitter paper. View all products used for the Stampin' Up Witch Hat builder punch.

I shared a couple of different ideas on my Facebook Live on Saturday. I decided at the last minute to share an idea that I had using the Paper Pumpkin. I took the card stock that was supposed to wrap around the box and made a matchbook treat holder for a snack size M&M.

After I made the one I decided to make some more using the Black & White designs pattern paper. I will use these to put in the Halloween box for the kids. I decided to use the Witch Hat punch and some glitter paper I had to decorate each one. The colors were mixed and matched so each hat is different.

This is how you add the candy to a matchbook treat holder. It uses a strip of pattern paper and is easy to assemble. View all products used for the Stampin' Up Witch Hat builder punch.

Since the treat holder is simple folds, the cover from the Paper Pumpkin can easily be adapted for a matchbook fold. All you have to do it staple the treat into the fold at the bottom and tuck the front cover into the bottom.

When you add the candy to a matchbook treat holder you staple it close to the fold at the bottom. View all products used for the Stampin' Up Witch Hat builder punch.

I love creating for Halloween. I have made several cards so far for this year. This card uses the same Black & White designs pattern paper for a fun idea. Here is another treat holder but this ones holds a bag of Hershey kisses.

I hope your will give this matchbook treat holder a try. It is really easy. And the best part is you can change the pattern paper and use it for any occasion.

Thanks for checking out the Stampin’ Up Witch Hat builder punch.

Have a Marvelous Monday!
