Hello Everyone ~ a great kid’s card is the share today with the Stampin’ Up Zany Zebras Framed idea.
I love using my catalogs for ideas. There was a cute frame idea in the July ~ December mini catalog that I had to try.
One of my favorite sets that I knew would be perfect for the frame idea is the Zany Zebras. I love these cute animals and they are perfect for children’s cards. They are so playful and make for fun cards.
I have used them with a wobble so they move, a watercolored background, and a slimline card. The images are small enough that you can easily use 2 or 3 on a card front and they are not crowded.
These zebras while playful are not just for Kid’s cards. The cute one that is kicking up his heels would make the perfect birthday card with the sentiments from the set. There is even a party hat you can add to the zebras for a festive look.
Since the images are usually black and white they work well with any color you want to use. I have used them with pastels in pink and purple for little girl cards. You could also use them in blues and greens for boy cards. This card uses the designer series paper to choose the colors. Here is the video showing how I created the adorable Stampin’ Up Zany Zebras Framed card.
