Starburst Petals

Good Morning Everyone!

What a fabulous weekend we had.  I hope the weather where you are was just as nice as ours was.  The weather was perfect.

My card today is for the picture inspiration challenge at Late Light Stampers.      

When I looked at this I saw the spiky flowers at the bottom, the lines of the house, and the colors of the flowers.  I decided to use those for my card.

Mary Jo at Technostamper has a great sketch for us this week.   

I began by using the starburst framelits for the circle element.  After I cut it out, I decided to cut the spikes apart to mimic the spikes of the flowers.  My interpretation of the lines of the house was to use the banner piece.  I used green for the trees and embossed it with the stripes folder for the lines.  The flowers were punched using the Petite Petals punch.  I added them for the center element of the sketch.  Here is what my final creation looked like.
