Stencils

Hello Ladies ~ I love playing with stencils!

Today we are all going dress shopping.  Jess needs her Matron of Honor dress and I need my Mother of the Bride dress.  I hope we have better luck than I did when I went in North Carolina.  This time Michaela will be with me so she can say no to the dress before I try it on!

Last month at Card a Day Challenges there was a stencil challenge.  One of the categories was stenciling and stamping.  Here is the card I made.

I began by sponging on ink over my stencil.   After my background was created I used some stamps and stamped the vines.  Then I punched some little flowers out and sponged the edges of them.  I added them with glue dots and put a rhinestone in the center.  To finish off my card I add some thick baker’s twine that I separated.  Here is my completed card.
