Hello Stampers!
Well today we are having cupcakes for Zoie’s birthday. She wanted a rainbow theme so she wanted rainbow cupcakes. She and Jess made them last night. After she went to bed, Jess did some decorating. I will post pictures tomorrow.
Today is Day 26 of the Coloring Challenge. I can’t believe there are only 4 more days left to the challenge.
I had an idea to use a stencil I had and spritz it with a dye. I chose a really pale dye but then you couldn’t tell I had done anything as it was so pale. So I decided to use a micron pen and trace around the die. When I took the die off the page, it still needed something. I decided to use my markers and color the images on the die. Here is what the final product looked like.
Yesterday I shared a simple card that I will use to step up today. I began by adding a layer behind the stamped image. I mounted this on an embossed layer that was added to the card base. After I inked up the flower, used a marker to color the center so when I stamped it, the flower was 2 toned. After I had stamped it on my card, I added rhinestones to the center. Here is my finished card.

Thanks for visiting me today. I finished my taxes today. I have to pay the state so I will wait and file that one at the last minute. 🙁 Have a Sensational Sunday!
