Good Morning Stampers!
Well Zoie’s fever is way down. Everyone here is exhausted as she is not sleeping well at night since she can’t breathe. Unfortunately Jess thinks she may be getting Thrush from the antibiotics. She is complaining her tongue hurts and Jess has seen some sores under her tongue. The poor girl is really struggling with this mess. She has had colds in the past but never one that developed into something like this.
Yesterday I shared a simple card with you. I said I would share a stepped up version today. I still used the sketch challenge at I Love Card Sketches
To step up the card I added a layer that I embossed with the Filigree Frame embossing folder. I kept the washi tape and sentiment layer. I added a glimmer paper star and a strip of glimmer paper down the side. I added the layer to an Old Olive card base that I punched the edge with the scallop edge punch.
I also did some stepping up of the inside. I embossed the layer with the same embossing folder but I used the debossed side instead. Here is my stepped up version of yesterday’s card.

Thanks for visiting me today. I hope you enjoyed my stepped up version today. Take one of your simple cards and see how you can step it up. Have a Sensational Sunday!

Poor Zoie, I hope she gets better soon! Will pray for that… Cute card, by the way.
Such a pretty Christmas card. I really love the extra touches of the embossing and feminine edges. Thanks for playing at i Love Card Sketches!
Very cool! Sooooooooo sorry about Zoie…sooo hard when little kids are sick and to have all of these added issues, is even harder on her, as she does not understand and on all of you who do but wish she was feeling better fast! My wish is that this will clear up tomorrow!
