Stepped Up Happy Birthday sketch idea
Hello Everyone – today I have the Stepped Up Happy Birthday sketch idea for the card I posted on Sunday.
Vicky and I have a new sketch to create with. This one has been a challenge for both of us but we are working with it and hope to give you some ideas how you can use it.
I took the card I created on Sunday and using the same layout and supplies for today’s card. I added 3 strips of card stock in the same colors as the dsp down the side. I also added a circle layer behind the cupcake. Check out this simple idea to step up a card.

To step up the card I just added some strips of card stock and placed the image on a punched circle.
Did you like the idea of adding adding strips of card stock to the side of the dsp? And I think the punched circle make the cupcake stand out.
Here is another idea using the cupcake and sentiment from that stamp set with a different layout. This idea could also be a birthday card by just changing the sentiment. You could even do a 3rd generation stamping of the cupcake to put it in the background of the sentiment.
