Tea Light

Good Morning Ladies ~ I have a cute Halloween Tea Light for you today!

Well I crossed off several more things off my list yesterday.  I was able to make 3 cards yesterday that I needed for my Christmas club.  Today I am hoping to tackle my 12 Weeks of Christmas projects and if time permits a few of the other cards I need to do.  Wish me luck!

Our Coloring down the Lines blog hop is today.  We are continuing with the Halloween theme.

I wanted to do something different than a card.  I received in my e-mail a SVG file (used for e-cutters) for a Halloween votive holder.  I thought I would try my hand at creating one using our Halloween Scene framelits.  I began by making my frame.  After I had my frame created I took some vellum to make the colored backgrounds.  After I had my backgrounds I attached them to my frames.  Then I needed to make my scenes.  I cut out some of the different elements from the framelits and attached them to outside of my frame.  I then just needed to put my frame together to form a box.  Here is my tea light box.  I also included a picture of the box at night with the tea light inside.

I hope you enjoyed my tea light.  Are you ready to see what the other ladies created?  Hop on over to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to see her project.  Then keep hopping to see the other ladies creations.  I am sure they will have some great inspiration for you.

Thanks for visiting me today.  Do you have some fun plans for today?  Have a Wonderful Wednesday!
