Hello Everyone ~ I love adding texture to my cards!
We have one more day of heat and then it will cool off. While it will not be sweater weather it will be nice weather. I have a lot going on today. I have workshop this morning then this afternoon I am headed to Renee’s to see if we have enough to do our Bingo Stampin’ Up style night. We have a lot of planning to do if we have enough people to have the event. I am hoping we get enough people as it would fun to plan for the event.
Today I am sharing a card I made some time ago. It was for a blog hop where the theme was Texture. The blog hop never took place so I set the card aside and forgot I had it. I ran across it and decided to share it today. I began with a Tim Holz embossing folder and some Tim Holz distress crayons. I rubbed the crayon across the stencil to get the pattern. I then had some ribbon that Jess got on a gift that I saved. I loved the texture of it and knew it would be perfect for this challenge. I tied a loose knot and added my panel to my card base. I stamped my sentiment from Tin of Cards and punched it out with the washi tape punch. I added it to my card front using dimensionals. Here is my finished creation.

Thanks for visiting me today. I will be working on some more design team requirements today. I like to get those filled in on my calendar and then I see where I still need to create for my other days. Have a Super Saturday and what would your card look like if you used texture?
