Too Much Happy

Good Morning Stampers!

I am hoping to take some time today and play with some new techniques.  I love to pull out my supplies and play with them to create backgrounds or new cards.  I just got some new stencils and dies so I am hoping to play with them not to mention some craft metal sheets.  Cathy did an awesome job with the metal sheets that I am planning on CASEing with my own twist.

My card today is for the SUDSOL design challenge.  This week we were to use some of the Sweet Sorbet ds paper from Sale-a-bration.  I love this paper and love playing with it.  I am hoping we have some paper similar to this in the new catalog.  I used the SUDSOL sketch challenge from an earlier card for the layout.  Here is my creation.

I used the dot stamp from Happy Watercolor and inked it up with markers.  I stamped this down the side of the envelope to mimic the dots on the ds paper.
