Weather blog hop and a card

Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday in chat the ladies were talking about the weather and how much snow everyone was getting.  I on the other hand was only getting rain and fierce wind.  The ladies decided they wanted to do a weather blog hop.  We all agreed to take pictures of our yards and post them.  I am the beginning of the hop here in Hollywood, Maryland.  I really wanted to show the wind and you cannot do that with still pictures so I took a few videos.  I am hoping I can upload it correctly here.

If you want to see more of the weather hop after you check out my card below, head on over to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate.  Amanda is in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

My card today will bring hopefully make you think of daffodils in Spring.  I used the color challenge at Dynamic Duos.  These colors said Spring to me.

With the simple colors I went looking for a simple sketch and found just what I was looking for at Red Hot Stampers Sketch Challenge Blog

Here is what I created using these 2 challenges.

I hope my card made you smile and think of Spring coming soon.  Thanks for looking and have a Great Day!
