Whale of a Time Suite

Hello Everyone ~ here is another cute Whale of a Time Suite card that is great for the guys.

The Whale of a Time Suite is perfect for designing boy cards.  With an underwater theme it is perfect for those beach lovers.  The designer series paper has some great underwater scenes that make creating a card quick and easy.

The underwater images are fun and playful.  The whale reminds me of the movie Free Willie.  And every time I look at the turtle I can see Finding Nemo.  Such fun images to create with.

I have lots of images for my granddaughters but hardly any for my grandson.  I had to get this suite as I knew he would love the fun bright colors and the cute animals.  Since the turtle is so fun I just had to use it for my card today.  Here is an idea using one of the scene designer series paper and a colorful turtle.

Behind the Scenes

  • Whale Done bundle
  • card base ~ White – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″   and   scraps for stamping and layering
  • Pretty Peacock ~ 4″ x 5 1/2″
  • Whale of a Time dsp ~ I used the seaweed scene
  • Braided Linen trim
  • Lovely Labels Pick a Punch

I love it when the designer series paper does all the work for your card. The Whale of a Time Suite has some great scene papers that make the best boy cards! Check out this idea.
