White Pencil Highighting

Hello Everyone!

Well I did get a few things done yesterday.  I had to vacuum my house as I had not completed that task this week and it really needed it.  After Linda left I did some of the vacuuming and then had to watch Remi while Zoie went to swim class.  By the time they got back it was late afternoon.  I did work on some cards for some upcoming hops and then I pulled out another one of the techniques I did in California and made it into a card.

One of the You Tube channels I like to watch is Jennifer McGuire Ink.  She has some great videos for some different techniques.  I ran across one on White Pencil Highlighting before I left.  I thought it would be fun to try this technique with our Corner Garden stamp set.  I stamped the image twice ~ once on Calypso Coral and once on Bermuda Bay.  I had used the technique on the Bermuda Bay card stock first and it did not turn out like I wanted it to.  So I pulled out the Calypso Coral one and did a modfiied version of the technique.  Here is the modified version of the technique.

Once I got home I decided to use the above card stock to create a card.  Here is what I did with the highlighted piece.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am meeting Renee for lunch to talk about an event we are thinking of doing.  Then I will be working in my craft room and watching the race.  What are your plans for today?  Have a Sensational Sunday!

Robbie
