Zoie’s card from last week

Hello Stampers!

I talked to you about all my work over the weekend on my swaps for convention.  I took a picture of my desk to show you how messy I am when I craft.  Here is that picture.

As you can see I have a ton of things going on.  The orange pieces on the table are not scraps of paper but feet and beaks.  If you look at the top you will see strips of eyes I had worked on also.  I was a busy lady over the weekend!

I have to apologize for my picture today.  I realized just before I put it in the envelope to mail I had not taken a picture.  I think I was in a hurry and my picture may be a little blurry.

My card is another in my series of punch art cards for Zoie.  She loves animals so I am making a different animal card to send her each week.  This week I went for a giraffe.  I have an uncolor game on my iPad that Zoie loves to play.  One of the pictures that is revealed when you uncolor it is of a giraffe on one side and another giraffe comes in from the other side and the song that plays is “Let me call you Sweetheart”.  When the giraffe from the left gets close to the one on the right little hearts float up.  The first time she saw this she said “Kisses” and giggles.  She loves this picture so I knew I had to recreate it and send it to her.  Here is my version of the page.

I hope you enjoyed my card today.  I had so much fun making it.  I sent a text to Jess to see what she thought of it but since they don’t get their mail every day she may not have gotten it yet.  I am sure she loves it though.  Thanks for looking and have a Terrific Tuesday!

  3. Cute story! And I love your animals. My 1 3/4 yr old grandson LOVES his animals too!

  4. Robbie, this is really so very cute. I bet Zoie will have a grin from one ear all the way to the other when she sees this. I hope Jess took a picture so you can see the reaction. This will be another in my "favorites" so that I can CASE for our littler grands. Thanks for the inspiration.
