Peach Parfait Day

Hi Stampers!

Well it is day 2 of our In Color week and today I will be using Peach Parfait.  Going to Regionals sparked the memory of a watercolor card we did there and I thought it would fun to play with that technique on today’s card.  At Convention we colored our image with markers and then spritzed it with water and stamped it.  This gives it a watercolor look.  I decided to use the same set and technique on today’s card.

I wanted to do something different so saw on Carole’ Anne‘s blog her 10 Minute challenge.  This week it was a scrapbook page layout and you had 30 minutes.

I decided to use the layout and make a card instead of a scrapbook page.  I gave myself only 10 minutes like her card challenges.  As usual I did not make the 10 minutes.  It actually took me 20 minutes as I had the card done and felt it needed something so I decided to add some ribbon.  Oh well it was a try.  Here is the card I created.

Hope you enjoyed my card today.  Make sure you come back tomorrow to see which In Color I use next.  Thanks for looking and have a Terrific Tuesday!
