Well it is Tuesday so that means it is Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge day. We have a fun technique challenge this week.
I love to watercolor! It is one of my favorite techniques. I borrowed some stamp sets from a fellow demo so I decided to use one of the sets for my card today.
