SU Stars Blog Hop

Happy Weekend Everyone!

The SU Stars are having a blog hop this weekend.  Our theme this weekend is Spring Has Sprung!  We could create any card or project that says Spring.

You should have come here from Angela Walters blog Life with a Wiener Dog.  I am sure she had an fabulous project/card for you to see.

When I think of Spring, I think of flowers – lots and lots of flowers.  I created 2 cards using flowers.  My first card used the sketch challenge at Stampin Queen’s Sketch Challenge

SQSC27-001

I loved this layout and decided to use a color combo from the color coach.  Here is what I created.

My second card used the sketch challenge at Create with Connie and Mary

I wanted to try creating a circle flower.  I love how these turned out and will be using them again.  Here is what I created.

I had so much fun with both of these challenges.  Our blog hop is both Saturday and Sunday so this post will be up both days.  Now it is time to hop on over to Loni Holt’s blog Loni’s Life.  I am sure she will have some eye candy for you.  Thanks for looking and have a Super Saturday and Sensational Sunday!  See you on Monday!
