The Paper Plunge – ATC to card

Happy Friday Stampers!

Well Michaela and Josh got off fine.  I was a little concerned as we had a major storm front go through on our way to the airport.  I also got caught in rush hour traffic so I had an interesting ride home.

Today is the Paper Plunge challenge.  This week our challenge is to take the ATC we created last week and create a full card with it.

I ran across a perfect sketch for this by accident.  The I Love Card Sketches blog sketch jumped out at me as the element was about the size of an ATC.

I was thinking about the sketch and how I was going to finish it off.  I thought it would be fun to use some patterned paper for the flags.  Then I added an embossed card base to place my ATC on.  Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me.  I will be cleaning my stamp room today as it is a disaster after all my creating from Convention.  Have a Fabulous Friday!

  1. Beautiful card! Love that you combined the Washi Tape and some DSP….great colors! Sorry about the rain storm and drive home…you guys can always send your rain to CA!!!! LOL…if only some places could! But we are supposed to experience an El Nino soon enough and we will probably have flooding as well…with our very parched land and gardens! Enjoy your weekend!
