3 x 4 Cut Apart Card: quick way to make a beautiful card

Happy Friday Stampers – I used one of the cards you get in your pattern paper collection to create the 3 x 4 Cut Apart Card: quick way to make a beautiful card.
I saw an adorable Santa image in my pattern paper collection and had to use it for today’s Christmas Countdown idea. I love the nontraditional colored Santa and chose to use it for my card today.
Today’s Project
I have used other nontraditional colors for my Santa Christmas cards and this one appealed to me as it is my favorite color. I cut the card out on the lines. The original card had rounded corners so I pulled out my corner rounder and rounded the corners. I then chose another pattern paper from the collection as my background. I love the delicate dots and knew it would be a great compliment to the Santa image.

I searched my stash and found a cardstock that matched the pink Santa. To mimic the cut apart card I used my corner rounder to round the may layer behind the Santa. I chose to use a gold bow to add some bling to this card.

There are so many pretty papers in this collection. Check out this card that uses some of the flowered paper I used for a Christmas card. Here is a card that uses the same dotted paper as today’s card.
