Simple Handmade Give Thanks Thanksgiving card

Happy Friday Ladies ~ Want a Simple Handmade Give Thanks Thanksgiving card?

So what plans do you have for the weekend?  Mine include shopping, spending time with friends, shopping, and more shopping.  I am hoping to get some things for the girls as they need clothes and the outlets are great for these.  I am not looking for anything in particular to me but you never know what you will find.  I don’t really need anything so we will see.

Today I am using the Labels to Love stamp set for my card.  Make sure you check out my November Creations of the Month  as this is the featured set this month.   I have only a little of the Painted Autumn dsp left so I thought I would use some of it for my card today.  I began with a piece of the dsp and mounted it onto the coordinating card stock.  Using my linen thread, I wrapped it around the top of this panel several times. This was added to my Very Vanilla card base.  I made my multi loop bow and attached it using a glue dot.  For my sentiment layer, I chose another piece of the dsp and mounted it onto coordinating card stock.  This was added to the card base using dimensionals.  The sentiment was stamped with Tangerine Tango ink and punched with the 1 3/8″ circle punch.  A piece of Tangerine Tango card stock was punched with the 1 1/2″ circle punch and the sentiment was layered onto.  This was added to the dsp layer with dimensionals.  Here is my completed Simple Handmade Give Thanks Thanksgiving card.
