Hello Ladies ~ Do you like Sparkle as much as I do?

Well I was able to get a few projects designed yesterday.  I worked some before my class and then some more after my class.  All in all it was a productive day.  I am hoping to do some more creating today but Remi is sick so it may be a little harder.

The Make My Monday challenge is today.  Our challenge for the next 2 weeks is

                                            SHIMMER AND SHINE

                   Glitter, mica powders/sprays, shiny papers, metallic paints, gems, foiling
                           or anything else that makes your project shimmer and shine.

This challenge is right up my alley!  I love bling and so I knew I wanted to really bling my project.  I began by adding stripes to a piece of Basic Black card stock.  I used a stencils and some Versamark ink.  I sponged on the ink and them added clear embossing powder to emboss it.  This piece was added to a Whisper White card base.  I then took a piece of purple glimmer paper I had and added a strip at the top.  Now to do my flowers.  I used several sets to make my flowers.  The Crazy About You stamp set was used for the larger flower.  I stamped it twice and punched a full flower out using a retired scallop circle punch.  I then used a retired 7/8″ scallop circle punch to punch the center out of another flower.  To get the 2 toned look I used second generation stamping for the larger flower and the smaller punched one was full ink.  I layered the smaller flower on the larger one with a dimensional.  To make the smaller flowers, I used the Petite Petals stamp set.  I punched them out with the Petite Petal punch.  The leaf sprays were created with the retired Bird Builder punch.  I added some more sparkle to the flowers by adding some clear Wink of Stella pen.  All I needed was to determine the placement of the flowers and the leaf sprays and my card is complete.  Here is my final creation.
