Celebrate Sunflowers Stampin’ Up
Hello stampers – This time of year you see sunflowers everywhere so check out my Celebrate Sunflowers Stampin’ Up idea.
I love seeing all the sunflowers everywhere. They pop up on my Facebook page, you see them in the store, and you can even see them driving down the road. Did you know sunflowers come is lots of different colors? I decided to use colors from one of our pattern papers – Blackberry Beauty – for my sunflower.
The card was easy to make using the Sunflowers dies.
Let’s Make It
Card base: Blackberry Bliss – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
Gold Layer: Gold Foil – 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″
Pattern Paper Layer: Regals Paper Assortment – Blackberry Bliss plaid background patter 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
White Layer: 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
Blackberry Bliss: scrap for die cutting
Cinnamon Cider: scrap for die cutting
When you have your card finished, make sure you do the inside and the envelope. Here is how I did mine if you need an idea.
I have used the Sunflower dies for a variety of sunflower cards. There is a white sunflower so I went with that idea for a black & white one. In the stores you see sunflowers paired with black and white buffalo check. I used that idea to create this card.
