Stampin’ Up Seaside Bay Sympathy for Inspirations in Ink blog hop

Stampin’ Up Seaside Bay Sympathy

Hello Everyone – I used a new stamp set to create today’s Stampin’ Up Seaside Bay Sympathy card.

Welcome to the monthly Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop. This month’s theme is Seaside Bay bundle. Thanks for joining us. I hope you enjoy my project.

You may be starting here – Creations in Paper – or have come from another blog – either way you can find the Blog Roll at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

For the coming month our focus is on the Seaside Bay bundle. I used a simple 3 color combo and layout for my card today. The picture of the adhesive flat back pearls looks strange but that is the photography not the pearls as they have a beautiful pearl top.

A simple card for those occasions we don't like to make cards for. The Stampin' Up Seaside Bay Sympathy card is an idea.

This simple card uses the coordinating By the Bay pattern paper. I chose the navy swirl paper as it reminded me of ocean waves.

The fold over shell die has lots of detail to it. To highlight that detail, I added some Petal Pink ink to the edges and embossing.

Simple Stampin' Up Seaside Bay idea

I am thinking this collections will be great to use with other sea stamp sets we have as well as other pattern papers like the Texture Chic collection. Can you imagine this idea remade using the By the Bay pattern paper? Or how about this card remade using the Let’s Set Sail bundle with the By the Bay pattern paper? Oh the possibilities are endless!
