A Requested Card

Happy 4th of July!

Good Morning Everyone!

Well I did not get anything done yesterday.  By the time we got down the road from the vet’s it was too late to do anything.  I am hoping today to spend some time working on them.  I think the kids have plans so that will help.

My card today is one of the cards I made for the card set I had a request for.  The lady wanted cards to give to her sister for her birthday.  The sister is very into flowers so all of the cards were flower cards.  She told me her favorite flower was an iris.  I went searching and our recently retired set Backyard Basics had an iris in it.  I stamped several of them and looked up pictures of the flower so I knew how to color them.  Here is the first card I made using the stamp.

I can’t wait to show my friend the cards and box.  I will be sharing some other iris cards I made and the box for all the cards.
