Amy’s Sketch #55 Dancing Snowmen

Second Post today, scroll down for the first!

Good Morning! Wow it is the weekend already. I have been busy with making Michaela’s curtains. I have finished the upstairs living/dining room ones and today I want to finish her bedroom ones. We hit a really good sale on some gorgeous silk decorating fabric when we were here earlier this month. The curtains look great! Now putting up the drapery hardware was another story. Let’s just say trying to find extension support rods of at least 9″ was impossible. We improvised with a black wrougth iron plant hanger. It looks really nice with the rod she chose. Okay on with the card.

One of the blogs I read is Paper Prairie & Ink. Amy does some great sketches on Friday and they are easy to use. Here is the sketch I used for this week and you can see her card there also. I had this cute snowman paper that I hadn’t used and decided it needed some loving. I also wanted to use some of my larger felt snowflakes as it is hard to decide how to use them (anybody have any other ideas?). The card came together in about 10 minutes again so another quicky for you. Okay enough chit chat, here is the sketch and my creation.
