Anything Goes Saturday – Denim and Daisies
Hello everyone – I have an Anything Goes Saturday – Denim and Daisies card to share with you today.
Each Saturday Vicky and I take whatever we have in our stash to make a project and share with you. We hope we inspire you with our ideas. Check out her idea here.
Do you ever get pattern paper in a collection and you don’t know what to do with it? Well today’s card uses a sheet I was not fond of in a way that you can’t tell what the paper was.
Today’s Project
I decided to use the yellow daisies – or sunflowers depending on how you look at it – for this card. I had some of the yellow glitter (not what I would call glitter paper) paper that I thought I would try and use also. It was perfect for the background and most of it was hidden since to me it is plain.
One of the papers in the collection was a sheet filled with apartments/houses. I had no idea what I was going to do with it. I decided to use it as a background layer where most of the paper does not show. It added just a touch of other colors to give the card interest.
