Anything Goes Saturday – Fun Flock
Happy Saturday Stampers – I found another long lost product and used it to create today’s Anything Goes Saturday – Fun Flock card.
I had never played with this product so I had a lot of fun trying it out on my image. There is a learning curve with it that I realized as I worked with it.
Today’s Project
The final project has a soft texture where you applied the fun flock. You use glue to attach the flock to the image. You need to be careful when you apply the glue as if you go outside the line of your image it covers your dark line and give the image a cloudy look. I embossed the image with a black sparkly embossing powder so help keep the flocking inside the lines. To help make sure the lines are visible, I used my pokey tool and carefully scraped off the flocking so you could see the outline better.
I only had 2 colors so I used an alcohol marker to color my leaves. Here is a close up so you can see the flocking on the daisy. I also added lots of silver gems to give the card some sparkle. I cut out the basic image before adding it to my card base using dimensionals.

Here is another fun flock idea where I used it for the bees so they are fuzzy. Well apparently I have other colors as here is a card where I used black fun flock. Guess I need to keep organizing to find what other colors I have!

This product has a real surprise for me as I had forgotten how the fun flock made things soft. I love touching the flowers on the Anything Goes Saturday – Fun flock card.
