Birthday Blossoms

Hello Stampers!

Well yesterday was not a good day for me.  I had an appointment to have my taxes done and I have to pay in big time.  I will be making some changes to my deductions so I do not have to do this next year!  That does not help me this year though.  I will be on a tight budget for a while!

Today I am playing with the sketch challenge at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday.

Are you aware that the retiring list will be coming out soon?  I will be highlighting paper and stamps that will be gone by June 1 if not sooner.  I highly encourage you that if you have something you want that you get it now rather than wait as once that list comes out things go fast and once they sell out you have missed out.

For my card today I began with the Birthday Blossoms stamp set.  I stamped the flowers on a piece of white.  Then I pulled the sentiment from the set and stamped it to the left of the flowers.  I used a set of stitched circles to cut out the image.  I then used the next larger stitched circle to cut out a I looked back at my sketch and saw there was a vertical panel.  I pulled out my It’s My Party ds paper stack and chose the Mint Macaron pattern.  I added my strip of gold glitter tape and then my vertical panel.  I used dimensionals to add my circle element and finished it off with some enamel dots.  Here is my finished creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I have 3 classes today and I am hoping in between to get a few made or at least started.  Have a Fabulous Friday!
