Congrats

Good Morning Everyone ~ lots of graduations this time of year and I am sure you can use my Congrats card!

Well I did not get to spend time in my flower beds last night.  Remi was sick all day.  She was running a fever and was just miserable.  She did not sleep well so Jess did not sleep well.  I had to help Jess out.  While they both took a nap in the afternoon I spent some time in my craft room working on some cards for this week.  I did however take my walk last evening.  It was really nice and would have been good to work in the flower beds but it just did not work out.  I have Remi this afternoon while Jess takes her grandmother to a party.  Not sure how much I will get done!  I may get time after she gets home to spend a little time in the flower beds.

This week I had my Bags & Tags workshop.  The ladies made a cute little briefcase.  As part of the class they received some of the Going Places ds paper.  I told the ladies I would make some cards using the ds paper so they would have some idea.  My card today uses some of that paper.

I started with the sketch challenge at Paper Craft Crew

Welcome to the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge 196. Play along at www.papercraftcrew.com #papercraftcrew #cardsketch

I looked through the different patterns of paper and found one with stars.  I thought it would be great to use the star theme and make a Congratulations card.  This card could be used for a graduate, someone who is retiring, or someone who is getting a promotion.   I cut the ds paper and set it on my card base so I knew where to stamp my stars.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I hope you have some fun plans for today or will be able to take the day to relax for a change.  Have a Super Saturday and make sure you get your Congrats card made!
