Cute Color Combo
Hello Everyone – I don’t know what I was thinking with my cute color combo card that was supposed to use cool colors.
I have been doing a series on color combos on Fridays. Recently I was using cool colors for my cards and to give you some combination ideas. Today I was to use the Brights collection for my card. I pulled the Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, and Poppy Parade.
I decided to use the Pierced Blooms dies to make the flowers. For the background I use the Fabulous Florals dies.
When I was putting my card together I had plans to use a stamped panel behind the lacy shape. It did not look right so I changed my mind and added some embossed lines. Looks so much better as you will see in the video.
I had my entire card created and realized I was supposed to use green, purple, and blue. Well I don’t know where the Daffodil and Poppy came from so I guess I will be revisiting the cool colors in the Brights collection next week. Here is my video that has more than wrong colors in it.
