Fresh as a Daisy Note from Stampin’ Up
Hello Everyone – I used the new pattern paper to make the Fresh as a Daisy Note from Stampin’ Up card.
The new annual catalog has some fun new pattern paper in it. I was able to preorder one of the collections and thought it would be fun to use a sheet for today’s idea.
One of the sheets in the collection has a patchwork of different panels you can cut apart and use on your cards. I chose to use one of the panels to make today’s card. I love daisies so naturally I chose the one with the daisy bouquet.
Since this is new paper I cannot link it yet as it is not available for ordering until May 2. I used the printed panel along with the Go to Greetings stamp set to make a quick and easy card. I love the Go to Greetings stamp set for the different size fonts it has as well as the general sentiments along with some specific ones we all need. I use Just a Note all the time. Which one would you use the most?
Look at that beautiful daisy bouquet printed panel. I did cut mine down a little so it would fit on my card front. You can also use this panel to make a 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ square card as the panel is that size before you cut it down.
This card came together so quickly as I cut the panel down slightly, added it to a Garden Green panel, tied some gold Simply Elegant Trim around it, and finished it off with a sentiment and some stamping on the side. I used the Sending Smiles stamp set for the image I stamped. And check out that new core color Bubble Bath! Love the soft purply pink color!
Those who know me know I have a love for daisies. Here is a card I made using the same stamp set that is another quick and easy idea. This card uses the medium daisy punch. Can’t wait to add this new daisy bundle to my collection!
