Hello Everyone!
I had a productive day yesterday. I got my workshop cards made, my card for today made, as well as started on samples for my Christmas card class. I plan on finishing up the Christmas cards today, make the next few cards I need for my blog, as well as work on a special project. Wish me luck I get it all done.
My card today began with the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.
I love their sketches. They are so easy to do for some reason. This sketch was no exception.
I am trying to use up all my Motley Monsters ds paper before the end of the month. It is hard to use Halloween paper after the holiday. There are some sides I can continue to use so I will try and use the ones I know I won’t be able to.
I saw the circle as a focal point and decided to use the Holiday Home set and create a scene. Then I used the ds paper for the other elements. I moved the small circle element to the other side as it was my sentiment and it did not look right on the left. Here is my interpretation of the sketch.
