Hello Everyone ~ I am in love with this Honey Bee Bundle Idea from the Occasions Catalog.
I went over to see my sister again yesterday. She did better in physical therapy but they think she has an infection somewhere so they were testing her to see what it might be. They wanted to limit her intake of water but then expected her to give them a urine specimen. Never understand that one. When I left she was asleep so at least she is able to sleep some.
Have you ordered from the new Occasions Catalog? I am in love with the Honey Bee bundle. That was the one item I got on my preorder. I have used it for my 12 Weeks of Sale-a-bration newsletter tutorials. The designer series paper that you can get free from Sale-a-bration that coordinates with it is beautiful! I love it also. I decided to use some of the paper with the bundle for my card today. I began by stamping the beehive using Crushed Curry ink onto Crushed Curry card stock. I stamped the bees onto the same card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The coordinating framelits were then used to cut out the beehive and the bees. I also used a piece of Basic Black card stock and the hexagon die to cut out the hexagons. The hexagon was attached to the beehive using Multipurpose liquid glue. A piece of 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic Black card stock was added to the front of a Crushed Curry card base. A piece of the black and white bees and beehive was cut to 3 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ and added to the top of the Basic Black layer making sure it was even on the 3 sides. I then cut a piece of the gold and white hexagon designer series paper and added it to the bottom with even spacing on all 3 sides. There will be 1/2″ space between the top and bottom piece of designer series paper. Add your beehive using dimensionals in the center of the top piece of designer series paper. Add the large bee on top of the beehive and the smaller bee in the upper right hand corner using dimensionals. Your card is finished and ready to be sent. Here is the completed Honey Bee Bundle Idea.

There is some great designer series paper in the Occasions 2020 catalog. This idea uses some of the new Peaceful Poppies designer series paper for a quick idea. Check out this beauty that uses the Tropical Oasis designer series paper. This last idea also uses the Peaceful Poppies designer series paper.
