Good Morning Stampers!
Well I had a great lunch with my friend yesterday. We always talk about doing it more often but both of us are very busy. We will do our best to see if we can do it again next month. As the holidays approach it gets harder as we both get busy.
I also spent some time in my craft room yesterday. I managed to make some cards to post this week and I am trying a new idea tomorrow so make sure you come back to see what I came up with.
My card today uses the Stampin’ Gals Gone Wild Weekend sketch challenge.
I thought it would be a great sketch to play with and I decided to try some new items from the upcoming holiday catalog. When I saw the square main panel I thought it would be good to use the Sleigh Ride Edglits dies. After I cut it out I decided to use the Softly Falling Textured embossing folder for the background. Once I put the sleigh ride cut out on the background it looked funny so I ended up embossing the lower edge of the cut out. I then used markers and sponge daubers to color the sleigh and horse. I decided to mount this panel on a piece of striped Holidays Fancy Foil Designer vellum. All I needed was to address the horizontal strip. I again used a piece of the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer vellum. I then added a sentiment with silver and silver embossing powder under the strip. Here is what my creation looked like.

Thanks for visiting me today. I hope you enjoyed my card today. Make sure you come back tomorrow to see what I will be doing for a few days. Have a Sensational Sunday!
