Good Morning Ladies ~ One of my favorite kinds of cards are the Just Because ones.
Today I am headed to the yarn store. My friend Mary has been in Wisconsin at their house on the lake there for a long visit. She is back now so I am anxious to see her and see how her trip was. It will be fun to knit also as I have not done any knitting in the time she has been gone. I need to get going as I have a few Christmas present to work on!
I have been playing with the Paisleys & Posies stamp set as I want to do a class using it. I decided to play with the stamp set and the matching designer series paper. I saw a card online that I liked the layout so I decided to use the layout on my card. I layered my patterned paper and then stamped my image. I used markers to color the image in just a little as I wanted it open more. I then stamped my sentiment and mounted it onto Night of Navy card stock. The layers were added using dimensionals. To finish it off I added some candy dots. Here is my finished creation.
