Masculine Counting Sheep

Masculine Counting Sheep

Happy Labor Day Everyone – if you need a masculine card, check out my Masculine Counting Sheep card below.

Wonder how you can use the Counting Sheep to make a masculine card? Read on to see how I share how you can can make this card.

The first step is to look for pattern paper that can be used for either guys or gals. The Beauty of the Earth pattern paper fits that bill. These nature papers are perfect for cards you can send to everyone. The patterns are also great for any season.

To pair these papers with the Counting Sheep stamp set, I looked for a green pattern that kinda looked like a meadow. If you cut the one with the scribble trees just right it can look like grass on a hillside. I cut a panel and added the sheep to it.

It needed more interest so I used another pattern – the one with the rows of trees – and used a strip mounted on a green panel. To hide the edge of the pattern paper, I added a strip of the gold fine art ribbon. I thought this one looked like dried grasses and would go with the theme I was creating.

All the panels were added to the card base to complete the card. Isn’t this a cute Masculine Counting Sheep card idea?

Here are some other masculine card ideas using stamp sets you would not think would be used for the guys. This one uses Tropical Chic for a clean and simple guy card. Check out this idea that uses some sprigs from a stamp set to make the background.
