My version of an internet card

Hello Stampers!

Yesterday was crazy.  We woke up to snow on the ground.  Then it stopped snowing and the sun came out.  Then the sun disappeared and it started snowing again.  It finally cleared up and the sun came out.  It was chilly all day and windy.  They are watching the weather as a major snow storm could develop about mid week.

I had 3 different workshops yesterday.  Everyone had a great time and loved the cards.  I love sharing my cards with others and helping them discover the creative side they have!

My card today is one of the cards we made in my workshop this month.  I saw a similar design on the Stampin’ Up demo site and liked it.  I modified it to use in the workshop.

I began by adding a piece of the Botanical Gardens vellum from the Sale-abration catalog.  I then added a piece of Botanical Gardens designer series paper.  Now it was time to make the tag.  I started with a piece of white that I used the scallop tag topper punch on.  I then stamped it with images from the Botanical Blooms stamp set.  I used a post-it note to ink up only a portion of the stamp from Botanicals For You and stamped it on the bottom.  Now I needed a flower so I used the Botanical Builder framelits to cut out a flower.  I added it to my tag.  I finished off the tag with some linen thread.  My tag was added to my card base using dimensionals.  Here is my finished version.
