Quilt Cards for Card Box Series
Hello Everyone – I have some Quilt Cards for Card Box Series to share with you today.
I have been doing a round robin row quilt with our local quilting group. I had to make a row for a quilt and then it is give to the next person and they add a row to it. I will not know what my finished quilt will look like until I get it back in November. Here is the row I made.
This activity gave me the idea for my next card box series. I thought it would be fun to make some quilt cards and a box to give to the lady who is coordinating this. For the first card I chose to make a pinwheel pattern. The second card is a reproduction of the block I used for my card. Here are the first 2 cards.
For this month’s #giftgiverscardsets I will be using the Masterfully Made dsp. This paper is a collection of mixed-media masterpieces of hand-painted and hand-torn designs. These will be perfect for designing the quilt cards this month.
To show you how to make these great cards, here is the video.

I love both of these quilt patterns. I think they are so pretty don’t you?
My pinwheel uses 4 squares but you can easily make it using 1 large square and cut your smaller squares in half diagonally. What other patterns do you think would be great for cards?
To make it easy for you to make your version of these cards, I have included a pdf you can download and cut your paper. Then you can follow along with me as we make the cards together.
Have you seen the other collections for my #giftgiverscardsets? This was the first and I used the Delightfully Eclectic dsp. Last month I did slimline cards using Countryside Inn dsp.
Are you excited about this Quilt cards for Card Box series set of cards? I am excited to make more quilt cards. Thanks for visiting me today and have a Super Saturday!
