Stampin’ Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match

Stampin’ Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match

Hello Everyone – time to extend the use of our products with an idea like this Stampin’ Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match creation.

This month my Monday’s have been focused on the Cheerful Basket bundle. I have shared a quick and easy idea, a stepped up idea, and today I am using other products with the bundle to show you how you can extend the use of your stamps and dies.

Look at how adorable this card is. It says Fall with the big basket of apples. I pulled out some of my other products to use with it to create the Stampin' Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match idea. Do you know how easy it is to mix & match your products?

I have had so much fun playing with this bundle this month. It is a great one to use for Fall cards as now is apple season.

I chose to make some Granny Smith apples for my basket today. I love those crisp tart apples for baking. I pulled out my watercolor pencils again for coloring the apples. I have been using those a lot lately for coloring as I love the look you get when you blend them with a blender pen.

I knew the Brick & Mortar embossing folder would be the perfect backdrop for the basket of apples. So the first mix & match product is this embossing folder. Don’t you agree it is perfect with this basket of apples.

Since this a more casual card and I did not have any Granny Apple Green ribbon, I pulled out the linen thread. This thread is perfect for nature cards and it was used to create a fun wrapped ribbon idea.

Finally I thought the 2022 – 2024 In Color decorative matte dots in Parakeet Party would be close enough to Granny Apple Green. I sprinkled some of those on the card front and my card was finished.

Check out how the Brick & Mortar embossing folder goes so well with the big basket of apples. I pulled out some of my other products to use in creating the Stampin' Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match idea. See what products I used on this card so you can create your version.

I used the apples to decorate the inside of the card and the envelope. I felt the basket with the apples would take up too much room that would be needed for the address and the message.

I mix & match my products all the time to extend the use of what I have. Don't miss seeing what products I pulled to use in creating the Stampin' Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match idea. Click to see the list of products.

Did you see the other cards I created using this bundle? In case you missed it, here is the quick and easy idea that uses pattern paper. This card uses the single apple to create a fun border at the bottom of the card.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope my Stampin’ Up Cheerful Basket Mix & Match idea has inspired you for a fun fall card.

Have a Marvelous Monday!
