I have been busy making cards for a collaboration I am doing with Vicky on our Facebook pages. We are each posting a birthday card every day in January. That will be a lot of birthday cards by the end of the month!
I thought it would be fun to do a masculine card today. I have not made one in a while. I love how clean and simple this card is and is perfect when you need a card in a flash! The He’s the Man paper was the beginning of the layout. From there I just needed to add an image and sentiment.
Have you noticed the He’s the Man pattern paper in the annual catalog? It is great paper and it even has some die cut pieces you can use on your cards also. Love how quick you can make a card using them. If you are in need of masculine paper add this to your cart by clicking the image below.

Check out the tree top that was made by sponging ink on the stamp and then adding it to the card.
The tree is the great for adding to the inside of the card and envelope to decorate them and carry your theme throughout the project.
If you want some other ideas using this pattern paper, check out this card that uses a deer with some more patterns from the collection. While this card uses different pattern paper, you could easily recreate the layout with paper from the He’s the Man collection.
