Stampin’ Up Lights Aglow pattern paper

Stampin’ Up Lights Aglow pattern paper

Happy Friday Stampers – I played with the Stampin’ Up Lights Aglow pattern paper for my sheetload of cards today.

The Lights Aglow pattern paper is beautiful. It makes gorgeous Christmas cards and I used the September Sheetload of Cards (#SUYSSep2022, #ShowUsYourSheetload, #SheetloadofCards) to make 12 slimline cards ready to be mailed!

Have you made a slimline card yet? I made this one which is shorter than the normal slimline. Much easier as you don't have as much space to decorate. See the video for the Stampin' Up Lights Aglow pattern paper cards.

If you have not seen this paper you have got to check it out. I love the touches of gold on one side of the paper. My favorite are the papers that have the gold snowflakes on them.

I used a quick way for my video today. Rather than have you watch me make all 12 cards, I used a quick speed of the construction. Let me know if you like this way of seeing how I made my card/s. Here is today’s video.

Look at how gorgeous this card is. I used the black paper and the red pearls on this one. For the Evening Evergreen and Cherry Cobbler paper I use a red pearl on top and gold pearls on the tree.

Check out that sentiment. Isn't is so pretty and perfect for this Stampin' Up Lights Aglow pattern paper card. Order this paper from my online store!

Don’t you love the script of the sentiment. It comes from Hope & Peace stamp set. It was perfect for this card. I got the envelopes for these shorter slimline cards at Dollar Tree so you can mail them with just one stamp. And they are wide enough to decorate with the tree.

The Sheetload of Cards for September was perfect to use to make 12 cards quick and easy. Here are the 3 colors I made. Make sure you order the stamp set for the sentiment as it is so pretty!

The sentiment and paper are new and this is the first time I have played with them. I have used the Peaceful Deer for other cards so here is another idea that uses the tree. This card uses some of the other trees in the stamp set for another Christmas Card idea.

I really like the size of this slimline card. It is not as long as a normal slimline which I like as it is less space to try and fill. Do you think you could do a slimline card that is this size?

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope the Stampin’ Up Lights Aglow pattern paper card has inspired you to try this size of slimline card.

Have a Fabulous Friday!
