Happy Friday Stampers – wait until you see how you can use this pattern paper to create the Stampin’ Up Rings of Love Christmas Idea!
You would not think you could use this pattern paper for a Christmas card but it turned out so cute!
I decided to do the Sheetload of Cards idea again (#SUYSAug2022). This month we were to use 3 sheets of pattern paper. I decided to see what I could do with the Rings of Love pattern paper. I love the bird paper in this set and almost used it but decided to challenge myself and use the poinsettia paper.
When I looked at the pattern paper, I could not find 3 patterns that I liked to use for Christmas. I decided to use 2 of the patterns and then add some colored card stock for the third pattern. Check out my video that shows how I created the 12 cards.
To give the card stock some pizzazz I used the Timeworn Type embossing folder.
The Sheetload of Cards actually makes 3 different cards with the same layout. I love how cutting your paper can give you cards that are the same layout but look different.
Did you see the Sheetload I did last month? I used the He’s the Man pattern paper for that one.
I have not made other Christmas cards this year but be looking for them. It is time to start thinking about what you want to do for you cards this year. If you need help, please contact me.
