A Halloween Medallion

Hi Ladies! Edited to add: I received several e-mails asking how I made the medallion so large (it is actually 9 inches across).  I used 1 sheet of ds paper and cut it at 3 inches.  This gives you 4 strips.  Score each strip every 1 inch and then join the strips as you would for a smaller medallion/lollie.  If you have any other questions, please let me know. Our September Project
