Thinking of You Butterfly

Good Morning Everyone ~ I have a pretty Thinking of You card for today!

One of my customers had surgery so I wanted to send a get well card. Can you believe with all the sets I have as well as my retired sentiments I do not have one get well stamp. I decided to do a Thinking of You as I figured that would work.

I began by pulling out an embossing folder that I have not used much.  The Fluttering embossing folder creates a beautiful butterfly background.  I embossed the Pool Party card front.  I used a piece of the Whole Lot of Lovely dsp to the left hand side of the card front.  To get some sparkle on my page I used some of the Sale-a-bration Pool Party glimmer paper and added a strip next to the dsp.  I also cut out a solid butterfly from the glimmer paper.  Using the filigree butterfly and Basic Black card stock I cut out one and added small dots of glue to the back and set aside to dry.  I stamped my sentiment on a scrap of Whisper White and punched the edges with a circle punch.  This was added to the card front using dimensionals.  The black butterfly was attached to the glimmer butterfly.  The finished butterfly was then attached to the card front using dimensionals.  Here is my completed creation.
