Anything Goes Saturday - Gelatos

Happy Saturday stampers – I have another long lost product to share with you with the Anything Goes Saturday – Gelatos card.

When I found my gelatos I remembered using them many many years ago when I was making some things for my classroom. I remembered the technique I used and wanted to see if I could use for my stamping.

Today’s Project

To do my card I had to have a large open image. I searched my stash and found one I decided to see if it would work. I stamped it in one ink but it smeared so I used Tuxedo which worked. After I stamped it I used one of the gelatos add the pigment in the center of the center of the flower. I then used my finger to smear it. I proceeded in this manner until the flower was colored. I then used the die to cut it out.

When I finished it I wanted the flower to be the main focal image so I used a white panel and embossed it with a script embossing folder. I added some silver peel off silver strips instead of a bow. I also added some silver gems around the image to draw your eye to the flower.
