Hello Stampers!
Are you ready for Thanksgiving? You have today to get any goodies or dishes that you can make ahead of time made and ready for tomorrow. I hope your day won’t be too hectic!
Today is the Coloring Down the Lines blog hop. I am the beginning of the hop so make sure you hop on through to see what the other ladies made for you.
This week our colors were chosen by me.
Stampin’ Up color matches
I don’t know what I was thinking when I chose these colors. It was a real challenge for me as well as the other ladies asked what I was thinking.
When I looked at these the only thing I could think of was a fall tree. I pulled out my Sheltering Tree and stamped the tree with Chocolate Chip. I then used the So Saffron to stamp the large leaf image. To add some color, I used the small individual leaves and stamped them with Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie. After I had my tree completed, I cut the panel down and rounded the corners. I pulled out my paper stacks and added a background in Pumpkin Pie. I did not have any chocolate chip ribbon so I pulled my Early Espresso cotton ribbon and added it as it is close to Chocolate Chip. Here is my card for the hop.
