Snowflake Bling

I hope you are ready for the family and friends who will be joining you around your table today!  Hopefully you will not have to spend your day in the kitchen but will be able to enjoy the day.  Maybe you will be able to even “carve” (hahaha play on words here!) out some time to visit your craft room and be creative.

My card today uses the sketch challenge at Sunday Stamps.

My friend Amanda shared a snowflake element she made using a picture she found on the internet.  I thought that element would be perfect for the circle element in the sketch.  I made the element and used some of the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum with the snowflakes on the top portion of the card.  I then embossed a piece of Soft Sky with the Softly Falling embossing folder for the bottom.  I added a strip of the white glitter ribbon and added my snowflake element.  Here is another card my ladies will make in my next workshop.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I hope you enjoy your day with family and don’t eat too much.  Have a Happy Thanksgiving Day!
