Stampin’ Up Pierced Blooms Dies

Hello Everyone – the Stampin’ Up Pierced Blooms Dies are perfect for creating simple cards.

I used a stamp background to highlight the beautiful flowers created with the Pierced Blooms dies. I love how pretty this card is.

Look at how the stamped vines and flower image set the dies off.  The Stampin' Up Pierced Blooms Dies pair with many different sets and can also stand along.  Look at how they were used on this card.

These dies have lots of different flowers to use on your cards. The piercing adds the perfect touch to the dies.

These dies are retiring at the end of May. Make sure you order them before then so you don’t miss out.

The stamped background images were perfect to decorate the inside of the card and the envelope.

Combining stamped images can create great images.  The vines and flower image are perfect with The Stampin' Up Pierced Blooms Dies.  See how they were used on the card front.

On this card I combined several of the dies to create the flowers on this creation. The pattern paper determined the flower dies to use for this card making it easy to put the card together.

Measurements

Card Base:  Fresh Freesia 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ 
White:  4″ x 5 1/4″ 

Let’s make it

  • affix all stamps to blocks
  • stamp the flower from Flowing Flowers in Soft Succulent in the upper left hand corner
  • stamp the vine from Very Versailles in Soft Succulent coming down from the stamped flower
  • add a strip of Fresh Freesia ribbon across the lower portion of the stamped panel using Tear & Tape
  • now add another strip of the ribbon vertically down the right hand side of the White panel using Tear & Tape
  • fold and burnish the card base
  • attach the White panel to the card base
  • use scraps of Fresh Freesia and cut out the medium and 2 small flowers using the dies
  • cut 2 sets of leaves from Soft Succulent using the dies
  • add the leaves to the back of the large flower using glue dots
  • add the large flower to the upper left hand corner of the card on top of the stamped flower using dimensionals
  • use dimensionals to add the 2 small flowers in the upper left hand corner of the card
  • add rhinestones to the center of all the flowers
