Stampin’ Up Wonderful World Iris

Hello Everyone – I used the free Sale-a-bration stamp set to create today’s Stampin’ Up Wonderful World Iris card.

Have you gotten all the products you want from Sale-a-bration? I recently got the Wonderful World stamp set and paper. I decided to use it on today idea.

I went looking at challenges and found 2 that caught my eye. The Color Throwdown had a perfect simple color challenge that I know would work with this stamp set. I loved the idea of blue, vanilla, and kraft color combination. The Paper Craft Crew Challenges had a fun sketch I couldn’t wait to play with.

I chose to add the Timeworn Type embossing folder was perfect for the blue background to add some interest. The rest just fell into place making it easy to make the Stampin’ Up Wonderful World Iris card.

This color combination is gorgeous to use for all cards.  I created the Stampin' Up Wonderful World Iris card with these colors and love how the Kraft sets the image panel front and center!

This stamp set has some wonderful images and has been very popular. It is so popular it has sold out. IT IS NOW BACK IN STOCK!

I used the simple iris image as the focal image of my card. This stamp set and paper is gorgeous! I am sure that is why it sold out. The sketch made it so easy to create my card. Check out the texture the Timeworn Type embossing folder add to the card front.

I love it when a stamp set makes creating your card so easy. The detail on this image really dresses up the inside of the card and envelope. The Stampin’ Up Wonderful World Iris is one of those stamp sets. Look at how detailed the stamp is and makes a great image for the inside of the card and envelope.

We have some great embossing folders that give your cards lots of texture. I love using the Brick & Mortar embossing folder to add an interesting background like on this card. Another one of my favorite folders is the Hive embossing folder and look at how it adds just the right touch to this Hello card.

I hope my card today has inspired you to try this color combination. I had so much fun play with the sketch to make the Stampin’ Up Wonderful World Iris card.
