Thank You Card Making Idea
Happy Friday Everyone – this thank you card making idea took advantage of the die cuts and pattern paper to make this pretty idea.
We had a great time yesterday at my Advanced Class. I combined the in-person and online and it was great. I have figured out how to do a Zoom and show it on my TV. It was perfect as it was like we were all there together. I love doing the class this way when there are only a few people for each. We get to chat with others and meet some new people. If you would like to join us, be looking for my next Advanced Class.
I am sharing my final idea for the Summer Shadows dies.

This card has a little more work with it but it is so pretty and so worth it. I paired it it with the Bloom Where You Are Planted pattern paper. I needed some thank you cards so this one was created for that.
I wanted my dies to have some dimension to them so I chose to use a light and dark of the same color. This technique is a great way to add interest to your die cuts and keep them from being flat. I also used the same color markers to color the image with markers to add the stamped image.
To add some texture I used the Ornate Floral embossing folder on the strip across the card front. I chose to also use Fall colors but you can use any colors. If you are in need of a thank you card making idea, check out this card.

Want another cute thank you card idea? Here is one that uses a punch for the flower. If you are not into dies or punches for your flowers, try stamping your flowers like this one.
